Ten years of economic and social transition, or reconstruction, have certainly left a mark on civil society in Central and South-East Europe. Communication inevitably takes on an extremely important role within this framework and, nowadays, however, they are playing a key part in the social, economic and civil transition of Bulgaria as it prepares to join the European Union.

According to this perspective, the AEMT Bulgaria 2005 training course concludes its lessons with a one day seminar on Media and EU Enlargement. The Seminar is a chance for students to meet prominent Italian journalists and representatives of EU institutions in Italy. The seminar is to be held in Roma, on March 7th 2006.
