The training programme was held in Bulgaria  and in Italy . Session one comprising 5 weekends (spread out over several months from October 2005 to March 2006) and 2 weeks (in October 2005 and February 2006) was held in Bulgaria . The inaugural lecture was held at the Palace of Culture , Room Mati D in Sofia on October 21, 2005. The course followed in Sofia, in the conference hall of Hotel Bulgaria.
