General description
The project set out to create new professional profiles within the communication sector. It was also aimed at training a new generation of communication operators capable of reading and interpreting events concerning civil society, as well as actively taking part in the international communication environment and becoming proficient in using new technologies.
The overall course period ran from March 2007 to May 2007.
Seminar in the Czech Republic (18 – 23 March 2007)
The seminar and the workshops (1 week, 40 hrs) hosted in Prague by the local partner TOL (Transitions Online), were dedicated to the following specific topics: the future of the media, citizen journalism and acquiring new media skills.

Seminar in Slovakia (16 - 21 April)
The seminar and the workshops (1 week, 40 hrs) hosted in Bratislava by the local partner MEMO 98, were dedicated to the following specific topics: media independence, diversity, covering social and minority related themes.

Seminar in Italy (12 -19 May)
The participants were hosted for one week in Rome, where they met Italian and international media experts, leading journalists and visited TV stations, newspapers and press agencies based in Rome.
