Your Personal data, acquired directly, verbally or through a third party, will be handled to draw up or finalise contracts and also for commercial promotions by the data Controller

In particular we inform you that:

  1. Personal data will be handled in accordance with contract requirements and for the fulfilment of the deriving legal and contract obligations and also for a more effective management of business relations including the promotion of goods and services of our company or of partner companies. Information will be handled in written form on paper and/or magnetic material, on electronic or data transmission tools, mostly in automated ways. Data shall be treated for the entire duration of the contract and afterwards for commercial purposes, in strict respect of legal obligations. E-mail addresses given may be used by our company to send advertising materials regarding services similar to those object of the existing commercial relationship.
  2. The conferring of said data is compulsory for all purposes connected to legal and contractual obligations. Therefore refusal to provide them completely or partially could cause the impossibility to fulfil the said business relationship.
  3. Refusal to confer data not connected to legal and contractual obligations, will be considered when the case arises and will cause consequent decisions according to the importance such information has for the company itself.
  4. While diffusion and transfer shall comply with the legal and contractual requirements, data could be communicated in Italy and abroad for a better management of the respective rights arising from commercial relationship to: factoring companies, banks, credit recovery and credit insurance companies, data banks for commercial information, professional men, consultants, connected companies, controlled and controlling companies, companies providing services. For our internal organization, data could be processed by data Controllers, Data Processors, managers, directors, board of auditors, auditing companies, people appointed to book-keeping and invoicing, commercialization of services and agents.
  5. Disclosure of your personal data to companies connected or controlled by us will be handled in the same way. This document represents information required by law provided on behalf of the individual Data Controllers.
  6. With reference to said data your company can exercise the rights provided for by art no 7 of the Italian law on the protection of personal data:
    1. The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence, or non-existence, of personal data concerning him/her, even if not yet recorded, and to be informed in a clear way.
    2. The data subject has the right to be informed: a) of the source of the personal data b) of the purposes and methods of processing it c) of the logic applied to the processing, when it is carried out with the help of electronic tools d) of the identity of the data controller, data processors and the representatives appointed as per section 5 (2); e) of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom or which the personal data may be diffused and who or which may be informed of said data in their capacity as appointed representative(s) in the territory of the State, data processor(s), or person(s) in charge of processing.
    3. The data subject has the right to obtain: a) an update, rectification or, if interested, integration of the data; b) erasure, anonymization or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they have been collected or subsequently processed; c) certification that the operations related to points a) and b) have been notified, including their contents, to the subjects to whom or which the data were communicated or disclosed, unless the fulfilment of this requirement is impossible or involves a clearly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.
    4. The data subject shall have the right to object, totally or partially, a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if relevant to the purpose of the collection b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for the execution of market or commercial research surveys.
